What is the Warehouse?
The warehouse is an inventory that keeps track of your CYO items. Read more about what CYO is and how to create items HERE. You only have to upload an item once. That item will be stored in your warehouse. You can upload multiple copies of each item. Your warehouse allows you to either add items to your shop or wear items that are not in your wardrobe. When your items are out of stock, you can order more.
Where do I find my warehouse?
Go to "My Account" tab, and click My Warehouse.

Here you will see your shop information:

You will also find information about individual items which you have uploaded:

*Quantity: This shows how many copies you have of that item.
*In Shop: This shows whether the item is in your shop or not.
*Total Sold: The number of copies sold.
*Order More: You can order more copies of that item by clicking this button. You will then be asked how many copies you wish to upload. Type the number in the box.

*Add To Shop: Adds one item to your shop.
After you click this a new window will pop up, you must choose the price for your item. Type your price in the boxes. When you're done click "Add to shop".
After the copy of the item that you uploaded has sold, each Add to shop will remove the moolah and coins for the upload price from your account.

*Wear Item: Equips the item to your wardrobe doll.
*Edit Tags: Allows you to add tags to your items that will help buyers find what they are looking for. To read more about tags, click HERE.
*Delete Forever: This will delete the item from your warehouse forever.
The Unlimited Stock Upgrade and its effect on warehouse items:
Purchasing the Unlimited Stock Upgrade means you no longer have to re-order items which have been added to your shop - as soon as one of the item is bought, coins and moolah are automatically subtracted from your account for the upload price and another copy is automatically added!

Once you have purchased your upgrade, go to your Warehouse.

You will see some changes in the individual item information:

The Quantity and Order More buttons will now have been removed, as ordering more items is now done automatically.
Send a mass alert to your Shop Fans (Subscriptions):
-In order to benefit from the Subscriptions perk, your shop must be in the Avenue Montaigne - Paris or above district.

Now that you are in an eligible shopping district, you can send a alert to all your shop fans!
-Go to your Warehouse and in the upper right hand area you will see a button that says View Fans. Click on this button.

-You will now see a page that shows you a list of all your current shop fans and a box in which you can type a message.

-Type what you would like to say and then click Send Alert to Fans.
Bulk Price Editing:
-In order to benefit from the Bulk Price Editing, your shop must be in the Rodeo Drive-Beverly Hills or above district.

Now that you are in an eligible shopping district, you can edit your prices in bulk!
-Go to your Warehouse and in the upper right hand area you will see a button that says Edit Prices. Click on this button.

-You will now see a page that is will allow you to change the prices for ALL items in a category. Every time you hit Edit Prices it will change the price of everything in the shop on any/all layers you have entered pricing for not just for the layer you have changed/added now (so if you want to change all dresses but not all bottoms you need to remove the pricing from the bottoms or manually change those items in your shop)
-These are the amounts you are charged for adding an item to your warehouse.

Once you have decided on your price(s) in all categories, click on the Edit Prices button at the bottom of the list to save your changes.

-You will then receive confirmation of your changes.

Right Click in your Warehouse:
There are two reasons why you might need to use right click in your Warehouse.
1. Downloading/Saving an item
In case, you need to download an item in order to save it, be able to modify it, or use it to design something else with.
Right click the CYO item you want to download. Select 'Save image As' or 'Save Picture As', depending on your browser. Change the directory or file name as desired and select 'Save'. That will save your item to your hard drive.
2. Obtaining your timestamp
In case you need to obtain the timestamp of an item (you should save the timestamps for all of the items you upload but especially those you delete from your warehouse).
Right click the CYO item you want to find the timestamp for:
- In Internet Explorer (IE), select 'Properties' and copy the Address (URL).
- In Firefox, select 'Properties' and then select 'Copy Image Location'.
- In Chrome, select 'Copy image URL'.
If you are deleting the item from your warehouse, you need to save the whole URL somewhere safe where you will be able to find it again. If you are reporting someone for using your item without permission, you will need to include the whole URL in your report.
