    GENERAL WARDROBE INFO

You can switch between the two Wardrobe versions in your Game Settings. Please click HERE for info on changing your game settings.

To get to your wardrobe, hover your mouse over the "My Account" tab, then under "Inventory", click on "Wardrobe".
You will now be brought to the main page of your Wardrobe where you can do a number of things.

Putting an item on your doll: To equip an item to your doll, simply click on the thumbnail and the item will immediately be placed on your doll.

Taking an item off your doll: To remove an item from your doll, select it's layer from the "Remove an Item" drop down list under your doll and click "Remove". (See the section titled "OPTIONS UNDER YOUR DOLL" for more information on removing items from your doll.)

If you aren't sure which layer an item is on, you can hover over it's thumbnail and a small box will appear letting you know the layer.

You will notice each item has a name and designer. For each CYO (Create Your Own) item you will see item name, a picture of the item and the Designer. For mall items the item name will be "Untitled" and the Designer will be "Mall".

If the Designer name is blue, you can click on it and you will be taken to the Designer's user shop. If the Designer's name is black, the Designer no longer has a CYO shop.

    Page Navigation:
Move through the pages one at a time by using the arrows on either side of the page numbers.

Or you can type a page number in the page box and press your ENTER key to go to that page.

      ICON BAR

HOME: Click this icon to go to the Wardrobe home. It works just as if you clicked Wardrobe under the My Account tab. This will remove any search and take you out of the closet area.

SEARCH: Click this icon to search through your wardrobe.

You can set a combination of search criteria and get a very specific search result.
      • Select the Category: Any layer you have available will appear in this drop down list. Choose the layer you want to search in.
      • Select the Closet: Pick a specific closet to search in.
      • Enter the Designer: Type in a specific username to find all items by that designer only. You must type in the username exactly. (If the designer has changed their username, all items will show for their current username.)
If you enter a Designer, it will search CYO items only.
      • Enter tags: Here is where you would type colors, pose names, etc. Only items that have those specific tags, will show up. Multiple tags will be an OR search and are separated by a comma. For more about Tags, see HERE.
      • DC Mall only: Checking this will show you only items you own from the Diva Chix Mall.
      • CYO only: Checking this will show you only items that have been created by Diva Chix members.

You can only do one Search at a time - when you create a Search it does not keep the previous Search.
You cannot Search from within the Closets area, Search will take you out of the Closet area. To search on a Closet, select the Closet from the dropdown.

PERFUMES: Click this icon to see what magical perfumes you have. If you do not have any active magical perfumes, you will be shown how many vouchers you have that can be traded in for perfumes. For more information on Magical Perfumes and how to purchase them, please click HERE.

CLOSETS: Click this icon to manage your closets. Clicking "Home" or "Search" will take you out of the closets area.

You will notice a drop down below each item. If you have closets, they will appear here.

Click the down arrow on the right

to see the drop down of your closets.

Select the desired closet and click on Add to Closet.

(You can add the same item to multiple closets.)

Underneath your doll you will now see the options to add a new closet or view your existing closet(s).

      - Purchasing a New Closet
Click on Add New Closet. You will now see the following:

Name your closet whatever you like and click Create My Closet
**Please note that EACH closet costs 50 coins.

A box will pop open to confirm that you wish to spend the 50 coins, if you accept the closet will be created and your account charged 50 coins.

Examples of closet ideas that you could use are: Colors, Poses, Themed Items, Exclusive Items. It is completely up to you to decide what you would like to put in your closets.

      - View Closets
Clicking here will take you to the page where you can clean (remove items from that closet), rename, and/or delete your closet(s).
Clean Closet is where you remove items from a closet. The layer and ALL buttons will take you out of Clean Closet to the main Closet area and show you all of your items. (To view items in a closet and switch between layers, use the Search.)
Delete Closet will not delete the individual items, it just deletes the closet.

ALL: You will only see this icon if you are in a search. Click this icon to see all your items by the designer you entered (if you did not enter a designer, it will show you all of your items). This does not keep any other search criteria.

LAYERS: The icons to the right of the ALL or closet icon represent the layers. You will see only those layers you own items in.

Click any of those icons to see all items on that layer.

If you have done a search it will only show you those items that meet that search criteria. To remove the search criteria, click on the Home icon.

To see which layer an icon is for, hover over any one of them and a small box will appear with the layer name.

        RIGHT-CLICK MENU

Right-clicking on any item, brings up a menu of available options for that item.

        PLEASE NOTE:
There may not be enough room to see the whole menu between your cursor and the image of your doll. If you cannot see the whole menu, press the right arrow key on your keyboard until you are able to read the full menu.
If you cannot read the full list, press the down arrow key on your keyboard until you are able to read the full list.

        - Add to Shop: If the item is a Mall item, Add to Shop will immediately sell the item for 60% of the original sale price. If the item is a CYO item, selecting Add to Shop will bring up a pricing window.

Enter the price you wish to sell it for. You can also reserve an item for someone. Simply enter in the exact username in the "Reserved For" box. It will only allow that username to purchase the item. After you click Add Item Now, you will get a confirmation box:

Click to confirm to add the item or cancel if you change your mind.

For more information on User Shops, please click HERE.

        - Add to Auction: You must first purchase the Auctioneer pass from the Coin Upgrades page in order to use this feature. For more information on the Auction House and how to obtain the Auctioneer pass, please click HERE.

        - Add to Closet: If you have Closets, when you select Add to Closet, you will be able to add that item to one of your closets by selecting that closet from the list. See the section on Closets above for more info on purchasing and setting up closets.

        - Get Timestamp: A timestamp is needed for an item if there is a CYO dispute. Security requires this in order to investigate who originally created that item.

Select Get Timestamp, then to highlight the number, double click on it, and use ctrl+c (command+c for MAC) to copy the number. (Some browsers may have a copy capability if you right click on the number after highlighting it.)

For more information about Timestamps and what to do with them, please click HERE.

        - View Tags: If the item has Tags assigned to it, you will see a little arrow to the right of the words View Tags, and selecting View Tags will show you a list of that item's tags.

        - Delete: Deleting an item will remove it from the server and you will have to purchase the item again to get it back. You will not receive any sort of refund. When you select Delete from this list, you will have to Confirm that you want to delete the item by selecting the word Confirm.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you are deleting an item you created and uploaded, this deletes only from your wardrobe. The item will remain in your Warehouse. For more information on the Warehouse, please click HERE.

        - Close: This will close the right click menu.
