I am wondering why I have no guild tasks generating to accept? Is it because I'm the only member? I'd like to rebuild but I am a little confused.

The rules of DC on guilds is not clear on guilds merging and the owners moving the funds to the higher ranked guild needs to be addressed. Could Angie or an admin. clarify this process? And, the solicitation of guilds in private P.M.'s and emails to complete a merger be allowed.

2nd part needing clarification: If a guild owner has not been online and no one is active in a guild (for a time limited period) can these guilds be moved to a retirement status so members and owners that are participating can easily move to a higher rank.

Thanks for any direction you can give this matter.
