HELLO DIVAS!

IT IS TIME FOR THE SECOND ANNUAL SHOP NOIR ANNIVERSARY CHALLENGE!!

This year will be slightly different, because I have 2 events to celebrate, the anniversary, and in just a few more days, I am about to move to the top of the Fashion Map YAY!! all thanks to you, my wonderful fans and friends! AND a Special thank you to TERRY35 for some of her ideas.
She will also be one of our judges!

This challenge has 2 contests, and challenge 1 has 2 phases, so here goes the rules!


CHALLENGE #1
The Noir Themed Challenge

Phase 1:
YOU PICK THE THEME, AND DRESS YOUR DIVA USING SHOP NOIR ITEMS!
EVERY THEME MUST use items from the shop, the more the merrier. You can use other items, but I would like your themes to be based around NOIR items!!

Phase 2:
Write a little story about the theme you chose, what you like best about SHOP NOIR, AND why you love DIVA CHIX!!

PRIZES:
1st place 300 coins (raised from 200)

2nd place 200 coins (raised from 100)

3rd place 100 coins (raised from 50)

All winners will receive 100,000 Moolah!


EDIT: Almost forgot to mention. Phase 2 of the above contest is not mandatory, but if you do write and add a theme, there will be an extra bonus.

For those of you who would just like to write a themed story, with no outfit entry, smaller gifts will be awarded to the 3 top stories, by general public poll voting. This way, everyone has a chance to play, and win, and no Diva is left out!

SHOP NOIR CYO CHALLENGE

In this challenge, you will use one of the 3 new bodies that are now available at SHOP NOIR! The bodies have been set to upload price for those of you who want to compete in the following challenge!

The challenge here, is to create outfits for the new models:

MIA

CILLA

ROXY


You may create a single item, or an outfit, or collection, that is up to you. All your creations are yours to keep, or do what you like with, even sell them in your own shops. If you do not own a shop, I will sell them for you and give you an extra cut!

I will pick 3 CYO's to win and feature in this challenge.

1st prize will be 300 coins!

2nd prize will be 200 coins!

3rd prize will be 100 coins!

plus 100,000 mollah for each!

This doll is headed to a Red Hat gala! She has chosen a stunning OK Gown in deep red and a red had decorated with exotic fruits- she is sure to win "The Most Original Hat" award! She has complemented her outfit with a lovely violet wrap and purse- also purchased at Shop Noir- her very favorite local for unique and original fashions! I wouldn't be surprised if she made the Best Dressed list for DC Red Hat Divas!

My diva is a concert celloist from India. She likes to keep part of her culture alive so she wears the traditional Indian headpiece. Her lovely dress from Shop Noir is silky and colorful-reminiscent of the rich vibrant fabrics in her native land. She finds her yellow shoes cheery and the perfect pair to match the yellow in her dress. She stands tall and proud while she waits for her debut symphony performance.

My theme is a royal princess in blue gown in a palace which is what I used for the background. The blue locket is a sacred family jewel and so is the purse is a family heirloom. I like shop Noir because I always find something different and unique. I love Divachix because I get to mingle and meet new friends.

I came back to DC after 2 years, and am so glad I did. 2 lovely ladies invited me here, and this is such a warm and friendly place and the designers are amazing. The first week I was here, I discovered the shop wizard, and resale items by Onyx Knyte. I fell in love and began searching for more every day!

I love Shop Noir designs because they are outside the box, as well as artistic and beautiful to look at. Congratulations on your anniversary, and I will look forward to more Noir designs in my wardrobe!
