What are Personal Guides?

Are you new to the site and a little bit lost with everything?
Well don't panic, help is at hand.

Our Personal Guides are fully trained members of staff that are here to help guide you around the site and answer any questions you may have. They will be assigned to you for up to 14 days, and you may message them whenever you need help with a feature on the site or forums. If you no longer require a Personal Guide, simply message your Guide and let them know.

All of our Personal Guides have created an introductory thread in this forum for you to check out. You can personally request a specific guide by posting in their thread.

Please be aware that you may only request 1 Personal Guide at a time.
