Hello everybody!

I have scheduled this blog post again, so it'll be up soon and I'll be fast asleep in bed again.

I have decided that I want to create videos that are more fun to watch, rather than a video that only goes for a couple of minutes and uninteresting.
I have vlogged bits and pieces of my day, so I think that it will be more enjoyable.

So for this blog post, I decided to do something different and try out music superlatives. So basically, I'll try to use as many different bands/artists as possible, but these are all based on my opinions. You can totally comment below if you agree or disagree or you can also make your own blog post with your own opinions regarding each superlative category. (: Alrighty, here we go!



Band that sounds great live: McFLY

Lies live/Do Watcha live/Everybody Knows Medley live
I think McFLY takes the trophy for this category. Not only do they sound great live, but they're also amaaazing performers. Ugh I'd kill to go to a McFLY concert. Their guitar solos, harmonies, and omgjsdnfjsdn. They're all such cuties too! haha Dougie is an amazing bass player, Tom and Danny are amazing guitar players, and Harry is an amazing drummer! They're all just perfect live. And this comment is so completely accurate so I just had to post it here:


Artist that sounds great live: Jessie J

Who You Are live/Price Tag live/Domino live
To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of Jessie J, but I do have to admit that she's amazing live. Her voice is so amazing and even though she does some wacky stuff with her voice at times, she still has perfect control over it. She's one of those artists that come through, I guess? Like some artists sound great on the studio versions, but they stink live. Jessie J is an artist that sounds identical to, if not better than, her studio versions. She has an incredibly strong voice and she's a great performer live.

Artist whose live versions pwn studio versions: Lights

Second Go - acoustic version vs. studio version/Suspension - acoustic version vs. studio version
I love love love Lights to death. I love her songs, her lyrics, her gorgeousness, everything about her. I love her studio versions how they are, but they're super techno-y and synth-y and her voice is amazing live. She has such a soft, but powerful voice. I love her acoustic and live versions and I think she sounds better because you can truly hear her raw voice rather than the complete piece with all the synth and wicked beats and such. haha the studio versions are still amazing, but the raw talent is just asdfghjkl. am I making sense? hahaha

Singer with the most unnffff voice: Danny Jones of McFLY

UGH THIS ONE WAS SO DIFFICULT. I love Dan Smith's (of Bastille) voice because it's so sleepy and sexy, but omg Danny Jones my bby his voiceeee. He has a perfectly raspy sexy unffff voice. lalalsdjsfjkasdnjksdn aghh I just absolutely love his voice. That last medley Somebody that I Used to Know omg wow his voice it's sooo stinkin' hot. hahaha

Artist with the songs that make you want to dance: Calvin Harris

Acceptable in the 80s/Let's Go/We'll Be Coming Back
I'm a big Calvin Harris fan and I have such respect for him! I love his beats and I definitely like the fact that his music style has sort of evolved over the years. All of his songs make me want to dance and I usually have them on repeat. (: They're so upbeat and dance-y!

Band with the best vocals: Anthem Lights

omggg their vocals are absolute perfection. Their voices all click perfectly together and I love love love their covers. omg their vocals I just can't I always get goosebumps. haha

Band with the best acoustic versions: Bastille

As I've mentioned before, Bastille's acoustic versions kick buuuuttttt. Dan Smith's voice is perfection and the fact that they make beats with their hands and feet, well that's just a plus. haha I think that's super cool and unique. I could honestly go on forever about Bastille so I should probably just stop here before this turns into another Bastille blog post. hahaha

Hello everybody!

I would like to welcome you all to my new blog, "little sea of hope". I decided I wanted to give my blog a complete revamp, which included the colour scheme and name. I'm really happy with how it all turned out and I think it looks very pretty.

My blog will include daily vlogs, because I really enjoy making videos and I hope that you all enjoy watching them. I would like to make my daily vlogs more fun and interesting, so I wont be filming just a few minutes of my day, but instead my whole day edited down into about five or so minutes.

My blog will also include outfits of the day, anything beauty/fashion related and music.

I have also decided to schedule blogs, so this post will come up for most of you around 12:00pm (US time) and 5:00pm (UK time) and I will be fast asleep in bed. I think this way it will be easier for all of you.
