Ok, so in one of my writing projects, one of the incoming conflicts is racism. But I'm not sure how much I should explore it.

Now to clarify, this is a sci-fi story, so I'm not writing racism from the perspective of skin color or anything like that, but I think that no matter your species or time period, racism can still apply.

And please no one take offence, it's not just here. It's happens everyplace I post any of my stories. If I'm not writing what's popular, it goes largely unnoticed. When on occasion I do write something from an overused genre, it recieves at least double the attention of everything else, sometimes combined. And really, those are genres I enjoy, writing...

I've decided that epilogues are like the PERFECT transition if you're planning to write a sequel to something. It reminds readers of the loose ends you've yet to tie up, or offers up new ones. It is coherent with the rest of the plot before it, but is also somewhat seperate, like a bridge over a canyon.

I just spent my shower planning epilogues for the next two installments of my Dolhearan Legacy series It's so super exciting!! I must go write now!!!
