So for those of you who do not know, I am very overweight. However, I have been wanting to change that for quite some time now. Finally today, I decided to start working out! I am using some tips from the Health & Fitness section of a magazine that I trust. I feel better about myself already, though I do not see any results yet. My mum says, "It doesn't go away overnight." She's right, but it sucks.

It's not so easy working out. It is very, very very tiring walking around...
