See that girl over there,
She's put herself through hell and back.
Don't worry, she can handle herself.
She burries herself in books,
Shoves her pain away with food.
Don't worry,
She's just dying inside.
Nothing she can't hide.
She smiles a bit,
But only if you knew.
She's not strong,
Vulnerable and weak,
Attention she craves.
Any kind,
Good or bad.
Don't worry,
She's only killing herself.
She harms no one else;
She's just a danger to herself.
She's put herself through hell and back.
Don't worry, she can handle herself.
She burries herself in books,
Shoves her pain away with food.
Don't worry,
She's just dying inside.
Nothing she can't hide.
She smiles a bit,
But only if you knew.
She's not strong,
Vulnerable and weak,
Attention she craves.
Any kind,
Good or bad.
Don't worry,
She's only killing herself.
She harms no one else;
She's just a danger to herself.
