Change Shopping District
Welcome to the Shopping District Leasing Center. You're able to rent a location for your shop in one of our 10 Fashion Capitals of the World! The higher the rank of the shopping district, the better the perks available!Each district requires a certain number of sales. You must have this number of sales in order to qualify to move to that district.
Each district also has a different rent charge. Rent is charged on a monthly basis and will be automatically deducted from your account on the 1st of every month. Be sure that you can afford the rent before you move to a new district. If you do not have the rent at collection time, your shop will be automatically deleted, and can not be restored. Meaning you will lose all of your shop stats such as sales and rank. There are no refunds.
You can upgrade to a higher district, or downgrade to a lower district at any time. However, you can only move to the district closest to you. Meaning you can upgrade to the next district above you, or downgrade to the next district below you. If you downgrade, you will lose the perks of your old district, and will gain the perks of the new district. There are no refunds for downgrading.
Available Perks
Shop Capacity - All shops have unlimited capacity.Guestbook Capacity - This is the number of guestbook entries you can have in your shop at one time.
Favorite Shop Fans - This will allow shoppers to identify you as one of their favorite shops. Your shop name will appear on all of your fans' profile page, therefore giving your shop more exposure.
Subcriptions - This will allow you to send mass alerts to all of your fans. Great for when you're having a sale, or stocking new items!
Shop Secretary - A shop secretary is a bot who will automatically send an alert to someone if you reserve an item for them. You will no longer have to worry about PMing your customers when their order is ready!
Bulk Price Editing - This will allow you to set a price for each layer in your shop. You won't have to set each item's price individually.
